Garden rooms start from £14,000. The final price depends on size, specification and any additions such as plumbing, heating or bespoke design features. We share guide prices openly during your free home visit, before any commitment is made.

Most garden rooms fall under permitted development and don't require planning permission. This depends on the size and position relative to your property. We'll advise you clearly on this during your free home visit.

Yes. Our garden rooms are built with premium insulation as standard, making them comfortable year-round. Optional heating can also be added for those who want it fully climate-controlled.
